Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow

If you have back pain, sciatic pain or neck pain often sleep can be a real issue. If you have no problems you rarely give a good night's sleep a thought, but when it is difficult to sleep getting to sleep and staying asleep can turn into a full-time preoccupation.
It is very important when trying to rest that our pillow is comfortable and that it helps with good spinal alignment, so helping to keep the spine in a good neutral position, reducing stress.
So anything that can help us to get a good night's sleep is a huge help. I recently discovered this pillow that looks like it could be extremely helpful for some people. Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow, Large Adult, White

It says that this pillow allows us to sleep on our back or side and helps correct spinal alignment and helps relax muscles. It is made of foam. This is important to me as I tend to sleep on my back and then my side for part of each night. By the way, usually, it is not recommended for us to sleep on our stomach if we have back issues as it is difficult to maintain a good spinal alignment in that position.
It has a cervical contour that helps maintain a good natural curve of the neck, a wedge extension that supports our upper back for when we sleep on our backs, a raised side panel to accommodate the shoulder and a center cavity to provide head support and comfort when sleeping on our backs.
I do think it may take a little time to get used to this pillow at least a week or two as especially if we have incorrect posture it may feel strange at first, it does look an odd shape! However, it also appears very good for us.

Do read the reviews, most are very positive and they may help you to decide if this pillow will be good for you. Choosing a pillow is a very personal thing but I find some of the detailed reviews very helpful. Also, read the Questions and answer section which was useful. Bear in mind that it does come in different sizes as well so order carefully.
